- 2 pcs Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 4 pcs Bananas
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray or just use butter(very thin). Set aside.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside.
Peal bananas and smash it with fork.
In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat eggs and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the melted butter and bananas and beat until incorporated (few seconds).
Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add the dry ingredients, stopping when everything is just incorporated. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips with a spatula. Note if you don’t like to be too sweet skip the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake it for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow loaf to cool in the pan on a wire cooling rack before serving
