  • 5 pcs Wafers
  • 200 g Butter
  • 120 g Powdered Milk
  • 125 ml Water
  • 30 g Cocoa Powder
  • 220 g Sugar

Instructions

Prepare the Cocoa Filling

  • Place the butter, water, sugar, and cocoa powder into a saucepan.
  • Heat the mixture, stirring continuously, until all ingredients are fully melted and combined.
  • Once melted, remove the mixture from the heat. Stir vigorously and set it aside to cool slightly.
  • When the chocolate mixture has cooled to a warm temperature, add it to the powdered milk.
  • Mix thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming. Set the filling aside to cool completely.

Assemble the Wafer Layers

  • Lay the wafers on a flat surface.
  • Spread about 3-5 tablespoons of the cooled filling onto the first wafer.
  • Place another wafer on top and add another layer of filling. Repeat this process with the remaining wafers.
  • Once all layers are assembled, cover the stack with aluminum foil. Place a weight on top to press the layers together.
  • Transfer the layered wafer stack to the refrigerator to chill.
  • Before serving, cut into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
