Dill Pickle Rye Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup water
1 cup dill pickle brine
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons shortening
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cup rye flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
3 teaspoons yeast

PREPARATION:

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine’s manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
