Black German Rye Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Molasses
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons dried yeast

Directions:
Put ingredients in according to manufactures instructions for your bread machine.

Bake on white bread cycle for a 2 pound loaf.
