INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cups white flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
PREPARATION:
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Select White cycle.
COOK’S NOTES:
I find that reducing the amount of salt makes the bread raise higher. Also if the dough looks too moist while the machine is kneading I add more flour. Usually a heaping tablespoon.
