Ingredients
3/4 cup water
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup whole stuffed green olives
3/4 cup whole pitted black olives
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine’s manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
